International Shipment（海外へのお届けについて）
How to ship Rikaroma products overseas through international forwarding service.
Thank you for your visiting to our shop .（日本語の説明は下部にあります。）
We are not accept the international shipping .
However, it is possible to delivery overseas,by the following way.
You need to use the package forwarding service for receive our goods.Your purchase will be shipped with a company （in Japan） of the package forwarding service. The company handles all the international shipping for Yawahada customers.
《Note》
※ Please make sure to select EMS (International Courier Post) for shipping method when that company asks you how you want your purchase to be delivered. There are more options for shipping methods (ex. AIR, SAL, and Surface), but those take much longer to deliver and the expiration date might come even before you receive your package.

You need to register the customer information to the company that you choose. The company will then provide a Japanese address required when you enter the information in our site.
We sends it out to the company. After that the company send you an email.
However, we do not know when the company ships it out after our goods have arrived at the company. If you do not receive email or the goods , please contact that company first.

当店の製品を海外にお届けする際、現在のところ海外向けに商品や荷物を転送するサービス会社（在日本）を通してお届けしております。
お手数ではありますが、まずはそちらの会社にお届け先の海外のご住所を登録し、アカウント（お客様登録）を取得していただくことになります。その際、お客様のお届け先が認識できる登録番号が発行されますので、ご注文時にその番号を、その会社の住所とともに住所欄にご入力下さい。商品は一旦その会社に届けられ、その後お客様の海外ご住所あてに発送されます。
